Self-pay availability depends on your coverage and applicable agreements. For services billed through Headway, self-pay is not available if you have insurance with which Headway is in-network; other eligibility restrictions may apply. Contact us before choosing self-pay if you have insurance.

Insurance remains accepted for eligible services. These self-pay prices do not change existing insurance billing rates.
