    Superbills are available for clients seeking reimbursement through their insurance.

  • At Lifted Minds Psychiatry & Wellness PLLC, we primarily specialize in adult mental health care (ages 18 and older).

    However, we do accept children and adolescents on a case-by-case basis, depending on the clinical need, presenting symptoms, and whether it aligns with the level of care we provide.

    If you are seeking care for a child or teen, we will first complete a brief screening to determine whether Lifted Minds is the best and safest fit - and if not, we will help guide you to the appropriate provider or resources.

  • Yes.
    As a PMHNP-BC, Renata prescribes psychiatric medications when clinically appropriate and always tailors treatment to your unique needs and goals.

  • Controlled substances may be prescribed only after:

    • a full psychiatric evaluation

    • confirmation of diagnosis

    • clinical appropriateness

    • completion of required screenings (see below)

    Controlled substances are not prescribed during the first appointment.

  • Yes. To ensure safe and responsible prescribing:

    • A baseline drug screen is required before any controlled substance is prescribed.

    • Random drug screens may be required throughout treatment.

    • Lab work may also be ordered if clinically indicated (thyroid, vitamin levels, metabolic panels, etc.).

    This supports safety, compliance, and the highest standard of care.

  • ADHD cannot be diagnosed based on symptoms alone.
    We require documented, evidence-based testing, which may include:

    • A psychological evaluation conducted by a licensed psychologist or

    • A QB Test (FDA-cleared computer-based ADHD assessment) completed virtually

    This ensures diagnostic accuracy, protects your health, and strengthens your treatment plan.

    We will review your documentation prior to prescribing.

    • Initial Evaluation: 60–75 minutes

    • Follow-Up Visits: 20–45 minutes

    • Deep-Dive Sessions: 60–90 minutes (Tier 4)

    Appointments are intentionally designed to give you time, emotional space, and thoughtful support.

  • Yes. At this time, all appointments are conducted via secure, private telehealth for clients in Texas and Arizona.

    However, in-person appointments are available upon request or when clinically required.
    If an in-person visit is necessary, we will coordinate this during your treatment planning.

  • We accept:

    • all major credit/debit cards

    • HSA/FSA cards

    Payments are processed securely through our EHR.

  • Our tiered membership structure helps make mental healthcare predictable, accessible, and customized to your needs.
    Pay-per-visit options may also be available.

  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
    Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee to respect your reserved appointment time.

  • Yes.
